Through working with horses and paying close attention to their reactions, I began learning a great deal about myself, how I think, and engage in the world around me. With each interaction, I noticed them mirroring my own state. Desiring a deeper understanding of what I was witnessing is what led me to pursue an education in Equus Coaching.

As a professionally trained Equus Coach, I offer life coaching that is supported by horses. Sessions take place either in a round pen or field, depending on each clients desire and level of comfort. All Equus Coaching sessions are done from the ground--meaning, there's no horseback riding and no horses experience is needed.

Horses have a incredible number of mirroring neurons. Due to their innate way of responding to the smallest change around them, they offer us valuable bio-feedback. Horses respond in visible ways to our current states.
Through working with them, we are handed a "mirror", and thus able to see reflections of our genuine self.
